I grew up in Idaho and moved to Ohio following graduation to attend The Ohio State University where I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I subsequently earned two Master's degrees in Psychology through Idaho State University (experimental emphasis) and Fielding Graduate University (clinical emphasis).

BACKGROUND
I have had the privilege to work in a vast array of settings throughout my 30 plus years of professional experience to include inpatient and outpatient mental health clinics, substance abuse treatment centers, juvenile detention centers and probation offices, psychological clinics, as well as K-12 schools and universities. The various roles I have played have provided me with a wealth of knowledge and amazing opportunities to better understand the human condition.
I strive to provide my clients with a nonjudgmental space to gain insight into their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so they can learn and implement new skills to better navigate their life's journey.
